The Associate of Applied Science in Mind-Body Medicine is a two-year undergraduate degree that combines health sciences, psychology, and integrative healing practices. It equips students with foundational knowledge and practical tools to support holistic wellness in diverse health, coaching, and therapeutic settings. The program emphasizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being and promotes evidence-informed approaches to self-healing, stress reduction, and behavior change.
