Program Overview
The Associate Degree in Natural Detoxification Studies is a two-year academic program that prepares students for careers in holistic health and wellness. This program provides students with in-depth knowledge of natural detoxification processes, nutrition, herbal medicine, anatomy and physiology, and lifestyle practices that support the body’s natural cleansing systems. Students will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in designing and implementing safe and effective detox programs.

This program explores the science and art of detoxification, focusing on how toxins affect human health and how natural strategies can support the body’s eliminative systems (liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, colon, skin, and lungs). Topics include herbal detox, juice fasting, colon cleansing, lymphatic drainage, detox nutrition, and holistic lifestyle design. The program incorporates modern scientific knowledge alongside traditional healing practices from various cultures.
Graduates will be prepared for entry-level careers as holistic wellness practitioners, detox specialists, health coaches, or may pursue further education in naturopathic medicine or integrative health.
