The Associate Degree in Natural Disease Prevention is a two-year program designed to equip students with foundational knowledge and practical skills to prevent illness and promote optimal health using natural, holistic, and evidence-based strategies. Students will explore topics such as nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle modification, mind-body wellness, and environmental health. Graduates will be prepared for careers in wellness coaching, holistic health support, community health education, or to pursue further education in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
