The Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT) Online Program prepares students for a rewarding career in patient care by developing critical clinical and administrative skills. The course focuses on core competencies including direct patient care, phlebotomy, EKG monitoring, infection control, and basic nursing assistant duties. Aligned with NHA CPCT/A certification standards, the curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with simulation-based practical skills training and a required 160-hour in-person externship.
