The Certified Medication Care Coordinator program equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to support patients in managing medication therapies, adhering to treatment plans, and improving overall outcomes.

The course prepares students for  certification and trains them in pharmaceutical terminology, patient education, prescription coordination, healthcare systems, and electronic health records. Through didactic coursework and a supervised externship, students will be ready for real-world responsibilities in outpatient clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and care management organizations.
